This week’s Future 15 explores alternative service delivery mechanisms. In an effort to remain competitive, Target is offering an alternative to Walmart’s curbside pickup service for groceries and Amazon’s Prime Now delivery service. Target recently added Drive Up to stores in Florida and Texas and hopes to expand the services to around 1,000 stores by the end of the year. Target’s Drive Up curbside service will include everyday essentials, electronics, clothing, beauty, household goods and packaged goods. Just order on the Target app, available for both iOS and Android users, wait for the confirmation email, drive to the store and they’ll bring it right out to your car! [See link to article – HERE]
